Since the market has turned around a bit many of the online brokerage sites are offering promos to get you to open an account. Now is not a bad time to start investing since the market is still of its highs from last year but seems to be rebounding a bit. Sure we still may be in for a rocky ride, but if you are investing in the long term, now is the perfect time to get going. Tradeking Promo 2011 – $50 Bonus With New Account

Tradeking is rolling into the new year and giving away $50 while doing it. Yes folks, that is right, the ever popular $50 Tradeking Promotion is back, but this time with a sweetened offer. Not only will you get a $50 bonus when opening a new account, but they will also refund you up to $150 in transfer fees to your current broker if you are transferring your account in.

To qualify for the $50 bonus you need to open a new Tradeking account by using the following link:

Fund the account with $2,500 or more within 30 days of account opening and then execute any one trade within 180 days of account opening.

For those of you that are not familiar with Tradeking, they are one of the most popular discount brokers that offer a flat stock trading rate of $4.95. They have been established for sometime and have a list of awards for customer service and overall features. You may want to check out my review for more details on their service.

This Tradeking Promotion usually comes around a few times a year, but there is no guarantee that it will be back. If you are looking for a full featured discount broker with a lower trading commission, then you should definitely consider Tradeking. The $50 bonus alone will get you 10 free trades!
