Zecco New Account $100 Bonus Promotion

October 29, 2011

Zecco.com, a popular discount broker, is currently offering a $100 bonus when you open a new account. You need to be referred to be eligible for this promotion. You must also fund your new account with $10,000 and leave it in the account for at least 90 days after the account opening date. There is no trading requirement to receive the bonus unlike other brokerage bonuses.

Zecco Trading offers stock traders for a flat rate of $4.95 per trade and options for $4.95 + .65 per contract. They have an ACH feature that lets you move money back and forth between your Zecco account and linked bank account. Zecco also has quite a bit of community tools, where you can see what other traders are buying and selling. This is great if you are new to the stock market as you can follow others to determine your strategy. Another nice thing about Zecco is that there are no minimum balances, inactivity fees or trading requirements on the account, so trade as little or as much as you want as you only need to pay the trading commission.

To receive a referral you can either get one from a friend, or I can refer you. If you need a referral, complete the form below and I will get you one as soon as possible. Also note that once you have an account, you can refer others and receive a $100 bonus for doing so.

Ally Checking Online Deposit

October 24, 2011

Great news for all of you with and Ally Checking Account, they have opened up the online check deposit for all accounts. So now you can deposit checks via your scanner from the comfort of your own home.

That was really the last hold out for most to open an account since you still needed a local bank to deposit your checks if you were uncomfortable with mailing endorsed checks through the mail. There is really no reason now to actually need an account at a physical bank.

The online deposit, plus the unlimited ATM rebates, paper checks, no minimum balances or fees and an account that earns interest, there is no reason you couldn’t make this your primary bank.

Ok, so for all you holdouts out there, please comment and let me know why you wouldn’t switch to and Ally Checking account? As the big banks like Chase and Bank of America are adding debit card usage fees, maintenance fees, as well as no interest on most of their accounts, why would you stick with them? Why would you want to pay extra so that they can have physical buildings when a bank really doesn’t need one?

They also offer high interest savings accounts as well as CD’s with great rates that link directly to your checking account. If you haven’t looked into an Ally Checking account as your current bank replacement you should.
