ING Direct 2% 12 Month CD

ING is offering a very competitive 12 month CD at 2%. This is one of the higest rates out there for this type of CD. According to the Fed interest rates aren’t going back up anytime soon. You may thinkn about locking into this high rate as it will not be around forever.

For those of you that have never heard of ING Direct, they pioneered the way online banking is done. It is simple to link a checking account and move money in and out easily. Their user interface is clean and very functional. And yes I am a client. I have their Orange Savings account and their Electric Orange checking account. Haven’t opened a CD yet, well that is because currently I am broke after Christmas shopping last weekend.
