I opened your Electric Orange account. I have used the card and told the clerk that I wanted to use it as a credt not a debit. I have either signed a paper receipt or an electronic screen at the checkout. For some reason all of these transactions are listed as debit charges. Can you help to explain this? I opened the account by the deadline to receive $121.
