YESTERDAY I HAD AN URGENT FAX I WAS WAITING FOR. MY CLIENT SENT THE FAX AT 1154 A.M. AND SAVEONFAXES DIDNT PROCESS IT UNTIL 12:55 P.M. One hour for an urgent fax. Needless to say I was very embarassed when I had to explain to my client that I really didnt have a fax machine. Call customer dis-service and they dont even answer the phones. They have some third party company called easylink who makes you listen to an advertisement about easylink before you get to talk to someone. After you get a person, you have to tell them what company your are trying to contact. Great operation right? I dont think so. When you demand to talk to a manager all you get is voice mail for Bill Watson. And he doesnt even return your calls. A BIG thumbs down for this outfit. Stay away. There are too many other options out there to put up with their non sense. If you want to know how pissed I am, then google saveonfaxes, and sooner or later you will see my adverse opinion of them. I just signed up with myfax.com yesterday, cost is $10 a month & no added taxes! They are able to port my current phone number (fax use only) for flat fee of $20, since I have lots of clients decided it was best to go this route instead of getting a new number (which they would do). I was able to speak to a live person who walked me through the whole thing & he was very helpful. They are also rated at the top which I thought was important since I was going to get rid of my AT&T line once this is done. Next I'm switching from Verizon wireless (contract up next month) and going to TMobile, will add Hotspot to the plan and then I can get rid of my extra charges from homeline with AT&T. Unfortunately I can't dump the whole line from AT&T as I have an entry gate to my home that it's wired to.....but this will help save me some $. Question - I have a 2 wire Gateway router (via AT&T) for my DSL, can I use this router when I get the TMobile Hotspot service? Thanks for listening & I appreciate all your comments.
